Was just curious on the material of the handle of the 240 gyuto by Kanehiro(And any other tech specs you could provide). We blogged briefly a few weeks back about these knives and I believe once you have this one back in stock I'll purchase one. Thanks,

The handles are made of magnolia wood with black buffalo horn ferrules. They're nicer than the typical ones we sell on most knives. We have a bunch on order. Our next shipment is coming in about 2 weeks. I'm not positive what's coming.
