I definitely will Ken! I just wanted to wee what some of the other guys on here thought and what their own personal experiences were. Kinda like doing online research before walking into the car dealership :)

The only j nat that I've found to work better on softer steels are the red amakusa. It brings up mud much more quickly and gives a good natural stone edge. Good enough to stop there for my Victorinox.
