I have three Japanese knives that I bought or were given to me over the years, and would like to identify them.

In the attached pictures, Knives-1 shows all three knives; Knives-2 has a closeup of the kanji on the deba, which has no markings on the bevel side, and Knives-3 the yanagiba (Masamoto KS?) and the petty.

Yeah, i also think the yanagiba is is Masamoto KS.

I am pretty sure the petty is from Aritsugu.

I am not too sure about the deba. The kanji says registered trademark of Katsuhide, but i am not sure because there is usually kanji on the front.

Is the deba Mizuno? Can't read it, but when you see it often enough, you learn what it looks like. Masamoto no? :geek:
