I sell off as much as I can to pay for the trip, then I cherry pick my head, then gift to any friends that want. I bring the leftover to work to process. When I'm cleaning tuna, I always scrape the bones with a spoon and make a tar tar with the scraps. This trip I made a red coconut curry sauce for the tuna I had left. I had a classical French lunch party today that I served Dover Sole Almondine to so I sauteed off the remaining fish I had left in a S&P flour dredge served with the Almondine for a staff meal. I ate the yellowedge with a Red Pepper Saffron Coulis. I ate some Mutton with lemon wedges. That's all I had left.

Dat Wahoo. Fishing has never done much for me, but I would definitely like to have access to those! Might have to give deep sea fishing a real try.
