I am actually pumped for the summer months. Busy as hell around here. I am by the "Shore" or the beach as us residents like to call it. I rather be in the weeds and slammed working like a maniac then slow as hell any day of the week. Coffee by the quart literally.

Hey Guys, just an FYI - I edited a couple of posts for language - let's keep it a little more clean in the future, OK.

Thanks - the mods appreciate it, we really do!

We're ramping up... we'll have all 14 dining outlets open in two weeks and our kitchen staff will swell to 200 cook oriented alone.

Excited!
