Honing Double Beveled Knives

Hi Folks,

Just a quick and probably silly question, but I just wanted to check that when honing double beveled knives, I presume you should do so at the primary bevel angle? That is, for instance, for a knife with a 10/15 edge, you should hone at 15 degrees - true?

Yeah, you've gotta hit the edge, or nothing will happen.
