Re: Help me sharpen my old Wusthofs

Hey guys. Thanks for all the great advice. I've actually got three beater Wustofs to practice on. I've been looking at all the cool knives and can't wait to get one but I want to be able to sharpen it first. So this whole exercise will be valuable. Next time I login here I'll be asking for advice on which knife to buy from Mark. Thanks again.
