Hello there, I have a set of Shun Classics and a few Mac knifes and would like a recommendation on some sharpening stones. I am thinking about a 3 or 4 stone set to get a nice polished edge. Maybe a snow white for a finisher? I would really appreciate your help thank you.

This is a good base set that will do the job for you. The Arashiyamas work on a wide range of steels and seem to work particularly well on VG10 for some reason which is what your Shuns are made out of. I never sharpened a Mac on them. I'm sure they'll work fine.http://www.chefknivestogo.com/4pcshstset.html

I gotta throw in a +1 on Adam's recommendation . . . but i do like Jeff's recommendation too, I just think the extra stone in Adam's recommendation will serve you well. But that Green Brick truly is a "Joy".
