Hi Mark,

Any chance at a western handled ~80mm paring knife? I'd buy one for every family member I don't hate :)

Looking forward to the eventual Wa handled HAP40s.

Still waiting on these. Hopefully we'll see them in the next month. They're half way through the aogami super wa handled knives. Once complete they go right into the voodoo steel knives.

Mark - what lengths are they making these in? I'm after 250-270 in a gyuto - failing which I'll be making my own out of CPM M4

Any plans to make a Chinese cleaver out of this material? I'd love one based off the CCK 1103 shape. My only gripe about that knife is the steel. I'd love a blank of that for a Japanese style cleaver handle.

When will the Wa handled knives be arriving from Kohetsu?
