In your initial post you mentioned a Santoku style, are you able to share with us what your offerings will be for this steel? Nakiri? Gyuto (laser?), Santoku, etc.

I have some blanks right now sitting there waiting to be worked. I've had some problems with my foot preventing me from working like I want. Next project is some pettys for Mark.
