I willing to purchase a home knife (only for using at home to prepare meals).
It has to be easy to sharpen (soft while using water stone) and not to long (210 or 240 mm maybe). Thin blade and wa gyuto style.
Price no more than 200 dls and delivered in USA.
I hope you can recomend me a couple to chose one.
Also need two utility knives (no petty).
One utility knife is for professional using and the other one to home using (but it can be the same). Price for piece no more than 70 dls.
