I like the 120 a lot because of its speed but its a special stone and should only be used for large bevels like such found on a yanagi. If used for normal double bevel knives you will have multiple problems that you simply don't want. I can't speak for the 150 but I like the 180 for its harder binder and slow wear rate. Works good to flatten too and not wear quickly when doing so.
