I have both the SG 320 and the Latte and I agree they are both great. Maybe because it is new, I give the edge to the Latte, but you cannot go wrong with either.

I keep going for my 150 Nubatama when I want to get some metal removed - chips and tips, cleaning up scratches from my 140 Atoma or DMT XXC. I just like the combination of blinding speed and a reasonably nice finish, just slightly coarser than a Beston 500. I often jump to a 1k stone from there but it isn't unreasonable to stick a 320 to 500 grit stone inbetween.
