How much sharpening work have you put into the 240mm? I have been eyeballing the Goko 240mm for a while now, might finally be time.

Just the initial sharpening.

1k, 6k Shapton Glass progression on an EdgePro,
set at 15 degrees using an Angle Cube,
then shoulder relieved using the 6k and stropped since then.

It touches up very easily. Heat treat is just about right for W#1 steel: edge is very uniform and stays that way.

Very unlike the TFuji hardened to 65 that came with a non-uniform bevel, chipped edge and continues to chip with use.
