Goko 240mm Gyuto Review (part 1)

This thing is the ringer! Under 200 bucks (right now) and White 1, very well made. I'd pay a lot more for this blade, just sayin.... :)

Looks like your getting pretty comfortable with these reviews. Now that we know that you and most of these knives can fly through onions and carrots, I'm starting to wonder how you and some of these knives are with proteins.

Thank you gentlemen! The knife is a beast... it reminds me a good bit of a Kanehiro how it is made. The profile may be different but it is solid, the finish is comparable, and the grind is comparable too. I'm a fan!
