I'm looking for a gift , $150 or less. The knife should be fairly general purpose but the main task is slicing, dicing vegetables. Also may be used to thinly slice raw boneless chicken breasts.
Knife should stay sharp and preferably not rust or be difficult to maintain. I like the look of the stamped steel and a traditional handle.
Can you suggest a few knives. I can purchase 2 if they are $75 or less per knife.
