Pretty hard for me to fit ‘’guilty ‘’ with my pleasure.
Rockerfeler oysters and a wonderfull sip of champagne Selosse to match . Perfect pairing and no guilty.
Second chance : Poutine au foie gras…(Fat duck liver)
Third one for the homerun: Scallop tartare and a glass of Montrachet Marquis de la Guiche 1990. You gonna see God with this.

Montrachet beat me to the poutine with a slab of foie. So I will go with a big hunk of Sanders bumpy cake topped with Mackinac Island fudge ice cream. I've been feening for that for days now.

Butterfingers. I recently caught a deal on two pouches of the minis, each contained somewhere around 1/2lb of snacky deliciousness... they lasted two days.

Don't know if it's my guilty pleasure, my partner doesn't agree to some food products, I love to load roast potatoes with duck fat.....never tell my partner just always get a "my god these potatoes taste amazing!"
