I only got two chef's knives at the moment.
One I got from culinary school here in my country, an Atlantic Chef 8" Chef's knife
and a Wusthof Grand Prix 2.
I always use my Atlantic Chef since they're both made of the same steels, but the Atlantic Chef has less belly compared to the Wusthof.

Mine is a Kikuichi 240mm, super light and holds a great edge.

My Ichimonji TKC 270mm gyuto, it's perfect and has a somewhat French profile making it a functioning suji too!

Mine are currently a 240mm tojiro ITK shirogami and a kikuichi petty for all the little stuff.
