Meat and Veggies spaceship! As a kid, it wasn't so much what I was eating but how it was presented. If pancakes weren't green I didn't eat them kind of thing. So my mom would put all the veggies and meats cooked with beef stock/wine etc. in a bowl, form an aluminum top, draw spaceship designs on it and I would eat my veggies

Grilled cheese, but it had to be cut into four triangles. As an adult I'm not as picky on the cut and I've added tomato soup along side.

Knife not needed in this instance.

favorite was deep fried shrimp from a little hole in the wall called Kingfish. Always served with creamy cole slaw, French fries and a red sauce to die for. I'd give my soul for the recipe of that sauce and their breading.
Least favorite was macaroni and beef. I just found (and still do find) it disgusting.

From the time I was a small child until I graduated high school, we had fish every Friday. Thing was, we were not Catholics. Everyone just figured fish on friday they must be Catholic. Great memories.
