Did 500 this morning... that was a lot of eggs bene...
Then 280 in the evening.
Learning so much at the new digs... I may like country club life more than restaurant life. I can't complain about the overtime either

Tell me you feel that way in two years, Panko. I endured club life for six years before our move.

I'll say this about clubs. The benefits are amazing, at least in the two i worked at and the one my wife is serving at currenty. The other BS just wore on me, I was quite jaded and had goals that couldn't be achieved working in a club don't mind my opinion

My exec is amazing and lets us run with so many ideas. He even helps out when we pitch the ideas and tried to get us everything we need. Easily the best chef I've worked for. We are also closed on Christmas and get holiday pay on a lot of other holidays. Sick days plus personal days plus vacation. Only thing we are short on is work space and cold storage but we are working on that
