That is awesome, it is great to see love put into food, at every stage of the process. I swear I think love is the most important ingredient. On I-5 coming up from Southern California to northern, there is a CAFO that is right next to the hwy. You can smell it from miles away, and there are 1000's of cows crammed together on a huge farm, goes as far as the eye can see, with no grass, all mud. It makes me appreciate people who do it the way you do.

Where you from Nor Cal? I'm in Nor Cal too...Nicest place...but I think further north is best.

I work/live in San Jose. Yes, I love it here, good quality of life for sure. We have some great food too.
