Selling this knife because it does not get used. Used it once to test sharpness and it sat, and sat, and sat.... It is essentially new discounting the one use. I just don't need it. It was an overindulgence. Asking 300 including shipping (US only).

Hmm if I recall these knives are hand made? And might vary from knife to knife? So I might be worthwhile to know this specific knife specs.
But thanks for your input Jeff. I must say, you seem to get more and more helpful as time goes on.

I'd also be interested in item-specific specs. It is remarkable how much handmade knives can vary from Mark's older posts of one specific knife—more than a few members have commented on these types of phenomenon over time! (Examples include a number of Kono Funayukis, Ikedas, and Masamoto KSs, to name but a few).

These knives absolutely vary from knife to knife, and Kanehiros particularly do. My 240 is 53.5mm tall while the site claims 51.1mm; to me, that's huge. I would had never ordered it if I had known the true size. That said, it is right on my cusp of acceptability, and I learned to live with it. The knife is such a superstar I learned to work around its one deviation from perfection... for me.SHOOTER <>
So how big is it.?!

Hey Guys....sorry for not posting specs. I did not know I was getting comments on this until I happened to check today. Really apologize. I'll get some measurements up later.
