We have a massive amount of Edge Pro products so we figured it would be good to have a whole section on how to use the machine and what to use on it.

Ken, Thank you for chiming in on how to sharpen singles. I've been trying to get an answer on this for a while. I think Ben's suggested single sharpening directions are similar.

Was thinking about getting a full sized japanese natural stone for the Urashi deburing. The only bench stone I have is 300/1000 SHUN combination stone. I think I want something in a few high grit correct?
I have Deba, Yanagiba and Usuba in good steels so want to keep them in top shape.
