Yup, I just got it today, real fast shipping from Mark, couldn't wait to unbox and do some slicing with it tonight. Why it was just yesterday that I was demonstrating for my wife how my Wusthof 8" Chefs Knife was gluing itself to each wedge of an apple as I attempted to slice it. For the past, oh 20 years or so, I didn't know any different! I've got a bunch of Wusthofs and a few Mac knives. But then today, as that light weight, nimble Moritaka sliced through an apple leaving every wedge on the cutting board, it struck me... and that's when the depression, of knowing I had been duped for these many years, set in! How could I have gone on so long thinking I had such great kitchen cutlery!? I'm really unsure now what this next phase of culinary experience will hold for me, perhaps there's help for people like me out there.... somewhere !?

Glad you enjoy your new knife but you might want to change your title to reflect that lol.
