Default - actually my wife is from Atlanta & S.C. area originally. Their Southern cooking puts us Midwesterners to shame when it comes to fried, fatty, high calorie foods. Hearing about all the stuff they ate (still do) - wow! I can practically feel my arteries clogging :-).
