Damaged knives for a discount?

Wed Jan 02, 2013 10:22 pm

I just bought my first professional German knife and I like it very much. I would now like to look into a Japanese knife. I am looking for a chef and slicing knife with a higher rh than the Henkel. Do you ever have damaged knives that you sell at a discount? What would you recommend?

Thank you,

Patrick

We do offer an occasional second or return that has been used. You need to check out our closeouts page for these types of deals. : http://www.chefknivestogo.com/closeouts.html

For a knife recommendation I need more informatiion.
Are you right handed?
Do you want a Japanese handle or western handle?
Do you want a stainless knife or carbon steel?
Do you know how to sharpen?
How much did you want to spend?
