I guess the modesty of "touch" was too great, perhaps I should have used "molest" Most of the people I work with at one place are far from "Professional" and are generally terrified of my knives, calling them "too sharp". They are scared of cutting themselves. The other place I work is opposite. The people there like the knives because they function, they just don't understand the concept of "clean it and return it please."
I can't stand using the house knives most of the time, they stink. Unless I'm cutting plastic or boxes, haha.

Some folk can be both basterds and considerate. The guy who messed up my knife then carefully washed and dried it for me.
