We have a massive amount of Edge Pro products so we figured it would be good to have a whole section on how to use the machine and what to use on it.

Just got a apex knife sharpener, found out my oriental cleaver that's 3.75 inches at the belly is a tad big on it "hangs off when I have the rest set all the way to the bottom". How should I angle the edge pro to compensate for the knife without buggering it up when I sharpen and thin?

Never had an issue. Yes some cleavers hang over the edge a bit, but it's not an issue.

I would like to see a picture. I suggested if it's too big you can take off the guide clip for a little more room.

I sharpen cleavers on my Edge Pro Apex with no problem. In fact, they're far easier to sharpen than other knives due to their shape.
