ROOK <> Couple questions, my friend. #1: & most importantly, I have brought it up before & never heard you comment, but have you tried Ron Zacapa Centenario.?! It's too awesome to have not. #2: Do you lay out all the meat on a cold grill before cooking for photos because I never see any smoke or sizzle?
