I'll try and get them to do this. I don't know what their capabilities are with serrated knives.

They all look great! Any ETA on these? Me and some friends are planning on buying a couple of knives and we're all looking at the parer and bread knife. Because of the custom tolls and whatnot's we thought we'd might wait for them to arrive.

We're stumped on a fillet knife. Give me some suggestions on a fillet knife profile you like that is available and I'll try and copy it.

The 7 and 8" have a good profile, the 9" seems too skinny for me. Let the guard be on the handle section completely if you want a guard. With a straight back to the drop point, you know where the tip is, even when its hidden by fish.
