Wow. Really sharp knife! What did you sharpen it with?

All Shapton gs's and worked really really well. Unless I am using naturals I use mostly Shapton gs, pro, ms, snow white, norton 8k or the bricks green and red. But I usually use only naturals unless it's a steel hardness issue. Peace bullman

Glad to have helped just remember these things cut fast so look at your work frequently or you will screw the pooch. Bullman
