I like the idea of a two sided steel - fine and smooth. The Dickoron is way more money than the Forschner. Anyone using the Forschner?

I'm pretty sure I just asnwered you by email Mike but the combo rod I like the most is the Mac. If you want a fine rod I really like the HandAmerican Butcher's steel. It's less than the F Dick and made in good old NJ. http://www.chefknivestogo.com/haamsufibust.html
