Rodents and insects pee and poop on most of the distributed food products in commercial kitchens. Organic produce is especially high in animal waste...yet the inspector never sees where the food came from before making a decision. We've got this nanny state all backwards as usual...

Uh... I'll skip as much mouse poop on my food as possible. I'm no more fond of rats or roaches, before anyone chimes in asking there.
