Viscosity has nothing to do with carbonation. All of the beers I photographed, outside of the ale, had extremely viscous bodies, but were all too carbonated for my preference. I liked them all, but I prefer a stout with basically no carbonation... like a Guiness, for one example. "Flat"
I've had many times & enjoy Old Engine Oil... still too much carbonation.. though I still drink & enjoy.
