One of them is going to my kitchen. Adam said he slaved over these trying to get them shinny and I want a memento of his pain. :)

With the family out of town, I got a lot done this weekend.

I also finished two gyuto's.

First one is a 240mm(ish) wa-gyuto in AEB-L with a redwood burl and African blackwood handle.

They are all very nice but that last western with cocobolo is stunning!
