I got the hat from Sue(Thank You!) but the steer head is now 130 miles away.
My friend Bert decided to pose for me. I'd model it myself but I don't want to scare folks here!

It's that time of year again. Actually a couple weeks early but the weather was good and my dad was fed up with this steer, he's been a real pain in the ass. Unfortunately he wasn't happy that he was next in line. This is a situation where the back of the line is better. After he jumped the fence of the coral he thought he was safe but he still wound up here(see below). He is quartered and will hang in the walk-in for the next three weeks.

And this one is for Mark since I missed it last year. ;)

I tried to get the horns to see if any of you knife makers might be interested but my dad "ABSOLUTELY NOT!", sorry.

No Bullsh&t from him anymore, eh? Steered him in the right direction finally? :) One of my Lt's at work raises some cows and stuff, too. He has a few problem children he wants to butcher!

Yea, My dad gets attached sometimes after they are put up and he has to feed and water daily but I think he enjoyed putting this one down.
