I won a big scholarship for cooking and I need a sujihiki. I want 270 or 300 preferably wa handled with semi stainless under 300 bucks. The konosukes look nice but what else should I look at?

Yeah, if the semi-stainless can be relaxed, any of those taz mentioned would be good.
Why are you stuck with that requirement?
