My name is David and I have bought some Tojiro knives from you and love them. But now I have a special need and hope you can direct me some.
My stepson was just accepted into Johnson & Wales Culinary school in Denver, CO. And I would like to find something nice and economical for him in the way of a Gyuto.
I would like to get him one with a dark Ho handle and a Stainless Steel blade, hopefully in the 240mm size range for less than $150.
Do you have anything you are closing out that you would recommend as a selection? I sincerely would appreciate it.

This is a litlle above your price range but the Goko is a great blade. It has a dark ho wood handle and it's stainless clad with a carbon core steel that is an excellent performing knife. Watch the video:http://www.chefknivestogo.com/gokogyuto240mm.html
