210mm hokiyama gyuto Damascus

I've had this knife for about two weeks and I work in a professional Kitchen where I have found that this knife is a little bit too small for me. This knife cuts like a laser and I have repollished the edge myself. Only minor wear on the blade. I'm giving it away at a low price of $200.

would love this knife if i could afford it. good luck with the sale. still knee deep in paying for an ipad. ah well. if you're in no rush to sell it i'd like to take it but it'll take me forever to save up for it.

Pictorious, Please read the rules for the Classified Ad Section. You are supposed to have 50 posts or be approved by Mark or one of the other guys to post in the Classifieds if you have less than 50 posts.

I think a revision of this rule to include members of a certain period of time would be good. There are several long time members here that have less than 50 post. Just my .02

Oh, and would it be possible to resize these pictures? I mean.....damn.

I might be interested in it. Could you tell me how it does with releasing veggies (potatoes and such) as you chop? Any wedging problems? Thanks.

Wow, that's a really good deal. If I liked 210s, and I hadn't spent so much recently on knives and woods for handles, I'd jump on this!
